Information disclosure is the provision of its availability to all interested parties regardless of the purpose of receiving this information through the procedure that guarantees its finding and receipt.
Information disclosure of JSC "Bionet" is based on the principles of reliability, content and efficiency.
In accordance with paragraph 1 of Clause 1, Article 5 of Law 307-ФЗ “On Auditing”, OJSC “Bionet” is subject to compulsory annual independent audit of accounting (financial) statements under RAS.
