The corporate management system of JSC Bionet is aimed at creating and maintaining reliable and trusting relations with potential investors and shareholders, which contributes to the investment attractiveness of JSC Bionet and its shareholders and investors to get the most out of their investments in the long term.

At present, the corporate governance of Bionet OJSC is represented by the Sole Shareholder, who is the supreme management body of the Company, formed by the Sole Shareholder’s decision by the Board of Directors, which, in accordance with the Company's Charter and the Regulations on the Board of Directors, makes decisions on the most significant issues arising in the process of the Company and the sole executive body - the General Director, whose competence, in accordance with the Company's Charter, includes the decision of all current of issues arising in the normal course of business and operations of the Company.

On February 7, 2017, the sole shareholder of JSC Bionet decided to elect the Board of Directors of JSC Bionet in a new composition.
